I’m lumping my health related goals together since its some what of a single plan.
Being weighable aka being under 350lbs
This one is going to start with some basic more calories out then calories in, I’ll be using MyFitnessPal to track my food intake, I just discovered their barcode scanner tool for their mobile app. I hope to move towards a more Ketosis friendly diet.
Quit smoking aka be down to 0 cigarettes/day
This is probably going to be my hardest one. I do enjoy the occasional smoke … or do I? Is it not just a series of chemical tricks that make me think I enjoy the smoking?
Run a 5k
I signed up for the Holiday Bowl 5k. It’s not till the end of the year so I have some time to slack off … I mean train up. I’m setup to start the 8 week couch to 5k program about mid way through Q4 but I’ll need to beef up a bit before then. So, I’m going to do the 6 week program from here.
